Energy bites- the perfect poppable healthy snack for everyone who finds themselves rushing around mid-week and hangry by 4PM. This recipe includes ginger, honey, quinoa, cashew butter, oats, cinnamon, coconut, and flax.
I store mine in the freezer, so by the time you’re ready to eat them, they’re slight soft with lots of crunch thanks to quinoa.
Full of protein, flavor, and healthy fats. They’re lightly sweet and full of gingery goodness.
